- Details: The Cumberland Dental Clinic is located in east Cumberland, across from Commercial Bank and beside of Hardees. The clinic was opened July of 2016 and is one of the newest additions to the MCHC clinic family. The Cumberland Medical/Dental Clinic is expected to evolve and grow in order to meet the need of our patients. We expect to see great things come of this new location. The Cumberland Medical/Dental Clinic has a sliding scale fee payment plan based on current Federal Poverty Guidelines. This ensures quality and affordable health care to everyone in our service area. No one is denied healthcare due to inability to pay. All new patients are welcome.
