- Details: The Kingwood Health Center is conveniently located just a half mile off Interstate 89 on Route 66 west in Randolph. Physical therapy staff works to relieve pain and improve functional abilities to return patients to life and work following an injury, illness or surgery. The department also includes the Continence Program and the Balance Center. The Balance Center provides specialized physical therapy for balance disorders, such as vertigo. This therapy is also known as vestibular rehabilitation. The Continence Program treats urinary and bowel incontinence. Aquatics therapy is additionally available at Vermont Technical College’s nearby SHAPE facility.
