  • Clinic Details: Nestled in the small town of Warren, in what was once the historic train station, sits the Mount Moosilauke Health Center. Since 1957 it has been the lifeblood for health care in this rural community. In 1994, Ammonoosuc Community Health Services became a Federally Qualified Health Center and merged with Mount Moosilauke . In 2011, the health center received an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Capital Improvement Program (CIP) grant in the amount of $300,000. The funding allowed for improving and expanding the exam rooms, improving handicap accessibility, securely enclosing the entire building for energy efficiency. Today, Dr. Caitlyn O’Donnell, Elizabeth Newton, APRN, Judith Santy LICSW and the support team ensure ACHS-Warren is still the beacon of the community, providing local residents with quality care.
