  • Details: ACHS Dental & Oral Health Center is located on the campus of ACHS-Littleton, adjacent to the medical facility. Our community-based dental program provides top quality, affordable oral health care to all – with or without insurance. Most health insurance plans are accepted, and dental care is also offered to the uninsured on a sliding fee scale to those who qualify. You do not need to be an ACHS patient to use the Dental & Oral Health Center, however, some may want to become a primary care patient and have access to our support services such as behavioral health and clinical pharmacy services as well. Having all these services under the ACHS roof brings convenience and integrated health care to the patient. ACHS Oral & Dental Health is staffed with three dentists, Dr. Hiren Korat, Dr. Kathleen Takach and Dental Director Dr. Williams; two hygienists – Katie Latulip, CPHDH and Vanessa Robbins, RDH, as well as a team of friendly support staff.

Since 1957 it has been the lifeblood for health care in this rural community. In 1994, Ammonoosuc Community Health Services became a Federally Qualified Health Center and merged with Mount Moosilauke . In 2011, the health center received an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Capital Improvement Program (CIP) grant in the amount of $300,000. The funding allowed for improving and expanding the exam rooms, improving handicap accessibility, securely enclosing the entire building for energy efficiency. Today, Dr. Caitlyn O’Donnell, Elizabeth Newton, APRN, Judith Santy LICSW and the support team ensure ACHS-Warren is still the beacon of the community, providing local residents with quality care.
