Details: The People's Clinic was established in 2005 to provide free medical care to those without health insurance or the ability to pay. We accept patients whose annual income does not exceed 250 percent of the federal poverty level. The People's Clinic is supported entirely by the generosity of local churches, individuals and organizations who share our belief that health care is a human right. We receive no financial support from state or federal governments.

In April 2002, the Community Health Clinic of Hardin & LaRue Counties opened its doors for services. Mission Statement: To provide basic health care services to the uninsured, low-income residents of Hardin and LaRue Counties. Eligibility Criteria: Must have documentation of a chronic condition; Must be a resident of Hardin or LaRue County with no health insurance; Must be employed with an income at or below 185% of poverty level OR Unemployed for 12 months or less OR A full time student (12 credit hours per semester minimum) OR Receiving disability income without medical coverage.

St. Luke Free Clinic

Details: St. Luke Free Clinic opened its doors in 1993 and continues to serve the working uninsured of Christian and Trigg Counties. St. Luke provides medical services and prescription assistance to those who don't qualify for Medicaid or Medicare and are unable to obtain affordable health insurance for themselves. To be eligible for the services offered by St. Luke Free Clinic, you must: Be at least 18 years of age; Have a job or have been employed within the last 6 months. (Family members claimed as dependents on the worker's tax return are also eligible.); Meet income requirements (at or below 185% of Federal Poverty Guidelines.); Not be covered by any type of health insurance.(Medicare, Medicaid, VA, etc.); Be a resident of Christian or Trigg Counties in Kentucky.

Hope Health Clinic

Details: The Hope Health Clinic is a community wide ministry seeking to provide quality healthcare in a Christ honoring environment to those who lack alternative healthcare solutions. Prospective patients must currently have no medical insurance, not be eligible for governmental insurance, and have an income below 200% of the Federal Poverty Line for the size of their household to be eligible as a patient at Hope Health Clinic. Patients are asked to bring $10 with them to each visit and to sign a statement that they do not have insurance and cannot afford healthcare costs; patients who cannot afford this will be treated regardless of ability to pay. Patients who will be referred out to hospitals or specialists are financially qualified by Baptist Hospital Northeast financial counselors using Baptist Charity Care policy and given a "Hope Health Clinic" medical card that is valid for 6 months.
Remarks: All patients are required to schedule an appointment by calling the clinic. At this time, we are unable to take walk-in visits. Currently Hope Health Clinic is open: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30a - 4:30p, Tuesday 8:30a - 7:30p
