Since that time, the Center has grown substantially, adding a dental department, women’s health care, behavioral health counselors, and psychiatry. In 2013, CHN launched a second site located in Freeport, Texas. The Freeport Community Health Center provides adult medicine, women’s health, obstetrics & gynecology, behavioral health, and general dentistry services.
