Portland Clinic was our very first Mainline Health location and opened in 1978. Many years later, we have grown and now serve seven counties in Southeast Arkansas. We understand that there may be limited resources in small communities like Portland, so Mainline Health is here to help. Our exceptional providers and staff strive to offer the very best care. We offer a range of services for all of your health care needs. Our Primary Care services include but are not limited to: routine and sick visits, routine bloodwork, medication management, Chronic Care Management and Diabetes Education. We also offer Behavioral Health services for all things mental health. Our Behavioral Health therapist offers individual and group therapy for all ages.  If you are on Medicare, ask about our Chronic Care Management Program. This program is available to ANYONE who is Medicare eligible. Our Chronic Care Management team is available 24/7 to assist you with medication management, transportation to and from your appointments, health education and more. We can also help pay for your prescriptions if needed
