Details: In order to reach more at-risk children with dental care, we operate four school-based portable dental clinics in the Los Angeles Unified School District at San Pedro Elementary, Ninth Street Elementary/Para Los Niños Charter Middle, and Nevin Elementary. We offer cleanings, exams, sealants and minor fillings to our school-based patients and we refer more complicated dental issues to our main dental sites or to each patient’s own primary dental provider.

Details: Northeast Community Clinic has been providing primary and preventative healthcare services since 1971 to the low-income, uninsured and underserved residents of Los Angeles County. NECC’s goal is to eliminate health disparities through the promotion of health education and disease prevention. In addition to primary care, NECC also provides counseling, mental health, referrals and other supportive services through coordination of community resources for you and your family.

We serve patients of all ages through a network of Federally Qualified Health Centers and school-based clinics that span the breadth of Central and South Los Angeles and Compton. We have and continue to establish strong partnerships with health, educational, social service and development agencies to deliver a wide range of services that are responsive to community needs.
