  • Clinic Details: Via Care Community Health Center (Via Care) was founded in 2015 to address the increasing lack of access to healthcare for low-income residents of Southern California. Since then, Via Care has grown into a full-service 501(c)(3) Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) safety-net provider, serving low-income patients of all ages with culturally and linguistically appropriate health and wellness services. Through its network of clinics throughout Los Angeles County, Via Care offers primary medical, dental, behavioral health and supportive services to community members regardless of insurance, or an individual’s ability to pay.
