Corrections Policy

Free Clinic Directory welcomes factual corrections to clinic listings and educational content.

Use Suggest an Update for clinic closures, relocations, phones, hours, services, eligibility, costs, provider type, duplicates, and broken official links. Updates remain pending until reviewed.

For article corrections, use Contact and include the article title, page address, possible error, reliable source, and contact information when follow-up may be needed.

A reviewer may confirm, request clarification, approve partially, decline unsupported changes, preserve conflicting information with a note, or mark information as verification needed.

Material errors affecting safety, eligibility, cost, or clinic contact may receive an updated date or correction note. Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made silently.

Do not submit private medical information, personal disputes, marketing, unsupported accusations, staff personal information, appointment requests, or medical questions through correction forms.
