Review and Community Guidelines
Patient feedback may help visitors, but it is not a substitute for current information from the clinic.
Do not post diagnoses, medical records, medication lists, lab results, insurance IDs, Social Security numbers, home addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, dates of birth, full patient names, or private staff information. This applies to other people as well as to yourself - do not post another person's health details, even a relative's.
Reviews should describe a genuine experience with the listed location, such as ease of contact, appointments, accessibility, clarity of instructions, general staff helpfulness, or whether posted information appeared current.
The feedback form does not reach the clinic and nobody here can arrange care, refill a prescription, or answer a medical question. Contact the clinic directly about fees, eligibility, hours, appointments, medications, or services. For an emergency call 911; for a mental health crisis call or text 988.
Use Suggest an Update - not a review - to correct directory facts.
Feedback about a named individual staff member is not published. Describe what happened without naming the person.
Prohibited content includes private health information, threats, harassment, hate speech, spam, impersonation, unsupported criminal accusations, unrelated content, dangerous medical instructions, and duplicates.
A rating reflects one person's experience and does not establish quality, availability, or suitability for another patient.
