    • Details: RKM Primary Care in Clinton is our oldest location and was opened in 1999, not long after Dr. Richard Kell Munson retired from over 40 years of practice in Clinton. Family Nurse Practitioners Ginger Hunt and Darie Gilliam shared Dr. Munson’s passion for providing health care to the rural community that would otherwise have to drive many miles to access care. With this in mind, they wanted to honor his years of service by making the clinic his namesake- thus RKM. RKM Primary Care opened April 30, 1999, moved to a new, larger clinic in 2003, and received federal funding in 2005 while doing all within the organization’s power to assist those in desperate need after hurricane Katrina. It is the main clinic within the Primary Care Providers for a Healthy Feliciana, Inc. network and houses the administrative offices for the organization.
