In the beginning, our services consisted of primary health care and health education for perinatal patients. Over the last 30-plus years we have grown to become one of the largest local community-based health care providers, offering both medical and dental services to over 27,000 patients in five state of the art facilities. During our first year of operation, we saw 1,500 patients with a total of 4,400 encounters. By 2002 we provided 53,860 encounters to more than 14,000 registered patients and in 2012 the center provided 127,036 encounters to more than 27,269 patients.
