Comment from Danette Thoma:I went in for a physical, which I needed for becoming my mother's preferred care giver. I have a thyroid problem, and the doctor did a blood test, to find my tsh, t3 and t4 levels. I supplied them with my medicaid application, which they said would be okay. When I called in for my results, I was told that I had to come in and pay, then I could talk to the doctor. Very unhappy! and VERY rude, since I have subsequently received my Illinois medicaid card.
