<p>I went in for a physical, which I needed for becoming my mother's preferred care giver. I have a thyroid problem, and the doctor did a blood test, to find my&nbsp;tsh, t3 and t4&nbsp;levels.&nbsp; I supplied them with my medicaid application, which they said would be okay.&nbsp; When I called in for my results, I was told that I had to come in and pay, then I could talk to the doctor.&nbsp; Very unhappy! and VERY rude, since I have subsequently received my Illinois medicaid card.</p>
