About this clinic

The Institute’s Healthcare for the Homeless Program provides services at six locations in Manhattan. Our program makes health care services easily accessible to people experiencing homelessness. We provide medical care, behavioral health care, discounted medications, and referrals to other services. The program is funded by Care for the Homeless, which receives federal and other funding. Care for the Homeless staff provide HIV intensive case management, substance abuse counseling, HIV rapid testing and HIV and general health education at many of the sites.
