About this clinic

ACHC is a federally qualified and licensed primary care clinic. Our dedicated staff of employees and volunteers provide Medical, Dental, Optometry and Specialty Care (Podiatry, and Behavioral Health services) for our under-served communities. Our home is in Lemoore, California. We also have a branch in the nearby city of Avenal, Coalinga, Dinuba, Fowler, Hanford, Lindsay, Porterville, Riverdale, Kettleman City and Stratford and Tulare.
