Details: Advantage Care Health Center and the Fay J. Lindner Center for autism and developmental disabilities are Long Island’s premier Federally Qualified Health Centers. Together we provide quality medical, dental and mental/behavioral health services to all members of the community.
Details: The Community Growth Center (CGC) is a not for profit community based wellness program that combines the use of non- traditional social and therapeutic approaches. The CGC believes in giving individuals healthy food to eat, a creative environment to learn and a safe space to grow. Through the use of hands on learning experiences, community involvement and compassionate guidance, the CGC is focused on providing participants with opportunities to grow in their mental, physical and, spiritual wellness. The Community Growth Center does not charge a fee for our services and you will never be pressured to make a donation before or after receiving services. We believe that financial hardships should never prevent individuals from receiving the care and compassion they deserve. We do accept donations and hope that those who are able, will donate. Your donation makes it possible for us to continue offering services free of charge, so those who are unable to donate can continue receiving our services.
Details: Since 1986, the AIDS Center of Queens County (ACQC) has grown to become the largest provider of HIV/AIDS services in the borough of Queens, serving over 10,000 HIV+ clients, and 30,000 community residents in 5 sites throughout the borough. Our Programs and Services include comprehensive medical care, case management, harm reduction and syringe exchange, health education and prevention services, transitional and permanent housing services, legal services, a licensed mental health clinic, and a food pantry program. AIDS Center of Queens County’s (ACQC) Mission is to enhance the quality of life for individuals and their families living with, and at risk for, HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C, and other chronic conditions. All services are provided at no cost to our clients.

Our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) does it all - you can think of us as your one-stop-shop for medical services.
