About this clinic

Baystate Brightwood Health Center/Centro de Salud, a service of Baystate Medical Center, is a full service health center staffed by physicians, nurse practitioners, nurse-midwives, and other health care professionals. We provide comprehensive primary care for babies, children, and adults of all ages. As a patient, you have your own primary care provider - a physician or advance practitioner who works as part of a team to provide you with the best health care possible. In addition to primary care, our patients have on-site access to obstetrics/gynecological care provided by certified nurse-midwives, behavioral health services, an opioid addiction treatment program (suboxone), HIV medical care and support services, laboratory services, a pharmacy, and social services. We also offer a Migrant Seasonal Farm Workers Access to Care Program and home visits for home-bound patients. Interpreters are available for Spanish, Vietnamese, and Russian speaking patients (other languages are available by arrangement).
