Clinic Details:Bighorn Valley Health Center (BVHC) is a community-based, outpatient primary health care center designed to serve the whole communities of Big Horn, Rosebud & Custer Counties. We recognize that though health care begins by alleviating sickness, the journey to a true culture of health is achieved through the health of the whole person and the whole community. As a community health center, BVHC will provide its primary care health services to people of any age, ethnicity, income or insurance status.
Details: Alluvion Health is a not for profit Federally Qualified Health Center focusing on providing high quality, cost-effective, comprehensive primary and preventive medical, dental and behavioral health care. Alluvion is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of at least 50% consumers and is funded through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Bureau of Primary Health Care. This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).

With four year-round clinics in Montana and one in Wyoming, we do our part to support the agricultural industry of the region through our health care services.
