CHC continues to provide affordable, high-quality, comprehensive health care services and education to citizens of Caswell County and the surrounding area. Highly skilled and dedicated staff, nurse practitioners, and physicians have helped us become the provider of choice since 1978. As we look toward the future, our goal is to continue this tradition of providing a higher level of expert care and advance our programs to achieve clinical excellence.
