About this clinic

The Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas is a Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to providing quality health care to everyone regardless of income or insurance status. Originally opened by Mt. Carmel Regional Medical Center as an extension of its mission, it is now a patient-owned and operated organization serving over 40,000 children and adults annually. The Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas employs more than 300 professionals and support staff at 12 clinic sites in Crawford, Cherokee, Labette, Montgomery and Allen counties and is governed by a 14 member Board of Directors which includes patients and community representatives.

Can I get a prescription refilled here?
