About this clinic

The Chowchilla Health Center provides more services to the Chowchilla Community than ever before. After moving to a new campus in 2019, Camarena Health was able to offer medical, dental, behavioral health, and vision services out of two state-of-the-art facilities right off Highway 99 on Prosperity Boulevard. New location, same quality care.
