Our mission is to integrate and provide culturally and linguistically appropriate quality health care, health education and diverse range of social services tailored to individuals with various healthcare needs. We are dedicated to promoting patient advocacy to improve the overall well-being of individuals and their families in supporting access to quality of care and services
