About this clinic

CCS Family Health Care is a full-service medical practice providing high quality primary care to you and your family. The practice is conveniently located at 100 Campus Avenue, Suite 201 in Lewiston, Maine, across the street from St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center. Our family Physician, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician’s Assistant offer primary care to you and your entire family regardless of age, ancestry, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender orientation. If English is not your preferred language, we will have interpretation services available so you can easily communicate with our health care team. Welcome! Family providers are coordinators of health care services for patients. They take care of children similarly to a pediatrician, adults similarly to a specialist in internal medicine. We welcome new and old residents alike - you are welcome here.
