About this clinic

The organization that is now Community Medical Centers started as a volunteer effort in the late 1960s because people in this community care about each other. We remain deeply rooted in the community and are dedicated to improving the health and quality of life for its members. Every day, our staff provides vital care to men, women and children, regardless of ability to pay. We are a growing network of neighborhood health centers serving over 100,000 patients in San Joaquin, Solano and Yolo Counties, making us one of the area’s largest safety net providers. We offer integrated medical, dental, behavioral health, and supportive services, all using a model that puts the patient at the center of the care team. We are working together to improve health and well-being in our communities.

Confirm that dental is offered at this specific location before travelling.
Can I get a prescription refilled here?
Most clinics require an appointment before they will refill anything, and a first appointment can be weeks out. If you are close to running out of a medication you cannot safely stop, say so when you call — say the medication name and how many days you have left. Ask your pharmacy at the same time; pharmacists can sometimes authorise a short emergency supply.
What if I need care today?
