Clinic Details:Community Medical Centers, Inc. (CMC) began in the 1960's as a volunteer effort of the San Joaquin Medical Society, the San Joaquin Local Health District and the Community Action Council. Local physicians, nurses, dentists and community activists who recognized the lack of health and social services programs formed service teams to address the needs of migrant farm workers and their families. The providers went out to the fields and worked from their cars to deliver medical care, to supply food and clothing and to link families with available services. In 1967, the San Joaquin Medical Society received state and federal funding to support the development of two small facilities, as well as mobile clinics to provide services throughout the county. From these early beginnings, CMC has grown to provide comprehensive primary and preventive care at eleven clinical sites in the counties of San Joaquin, Solano, and Yolo.

Details: La ClInica Dental at Elsa Widenmann Health Center is located in the City of Vallejo City in Solano County. We started operations in 2015 and since then we have carried out our mission to improve the quality life of the community it serves by providing culturally appropriate, high quality and accessible dental care.
Details: La Clinica North Vallejo opened in 2008. We offer primary medical care, health education, social services and behavioral health services to residents of Solano County and surrounding areas. We are a full service urgent care health center that serves diverse patients from the Sutter Solano Emergency Department and we provide medical procedures beyond traditional primary care including suturing, incision and drainage, casting, and much more. Our goal is to provide quality, patient-centered health information, education and clinical care to all members of the community regardless of economic, insurance, or cultural barriers. Details: Since 2006, La Clínica Great Beginnings has been the only medical facility in the Vallejo area providing comprehensive perinatal services to underserved women. As a Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP), we offer a variety of enhanced support services in addition to prenatal and postpartum medical care. The goal of this program is to promote healthy birth outcomes for mothers in Solano County by providing nutrition, health education, and psychosocial assessments, behavioral health screenings and support services. These vital services for mothers and their unborn babies are the first step in enabling a child to lead a healthy and happy life.
