The HOMES Clinic is a joint collaboration of the Baylor College of Medicine, the University of Texas Health Science Center, and the University of Houston College of Pharmacy. The clinic is entirely student-managed with oversight by attending physicians and the Healthcare for the Homeless Houston (HHH).

The St. Hope Foundation receives funding through several financing streams, including HRSA, Ryan White, Centers for Disease Control, DSHS, City of Houston, The Simmons Foundation, and several private foundations.
