Do not make an appointment with jaswinder barns. She completely disregarded my symptoms. She prescribed me 8 meds for a double ear infection, laryngitis, and upper respiratory wheezing and discomfort. I could barely breathe. I went home and got worse over a 8 day period. I made another appointment with her and she barely even looked at me. She came in the room in which she stood on the other side of saying i sound better and seemed in a hurry. First of all i did not sound better i was audibly wheezing and you could here it without a stethoscope ! I had to ask her to listen with one before she did! She had previously diagnosed me with laryngitis yet never looked in my throat during the follow up!!!! I was urgently telling her im not better i feel the same or worse and she blew me off!!! There was a pulse ox hanging right next to me yet she never even put it on to check my 02 levels! I requested blood work or imaging and she denied me both! Said she saw no cause for it! HOW DO YOU SEE NO CAUSE FOR IMAGING OR BLOODWORK WHEN YOU DIAGNOSED ME WITH SEVERAL THINGS THAT DID NOT GO AWAY WITH MEDS OR TIME!!! She also than when i said what do you mean im still wheezing and cant breathe, she said that happens sometimes with asthma...... I DO NOT HAVE ASTHMA WHICH I MADE CLEAR! Her response to me when i said that was well you could have been mis diagnosed. Well now, lets logically think about that! Who is she to than diagnose or suggest that yet she sees no cause to further investigate why i cant breathe! She had no right to treat me that way or let me suffer. Her only form of helping me was giving me a THIRD inhaler, when the two she previously prescribed failed to work! Also after filing a complaint with the board of california i found out she isnt a doctor she is a nurse practitioner. I feel we shoukd be told that! All around she was terrible! Lacks compassion and attention to detail! She was rushed and quick to push 95 meds but not get to the root of whats causing the issue! BEWARE OF HER
