Our physicians are on the staff of Montefiore Medical Center, the University Hospital for Albert Einstein College of Medicine. We treat all major illnesses in a patient-centered, compassionate environment.
Details: Since 1909, Union Community Health Center has been a cornerstone of the Bronx, serving all those in need of healthcare. Once a large community hospital, the Union of today is a Federally Qualified Health Center providing health care services from six locations throughout the Bronx. Union now provides services to over 38,000 unique patients who make nearly 200,000 patient care visits annually. We offer comprehensive healthcare services which include; adult and pediatrics, rapid care, physical and occupational therapy, behavioral health, dental services and specialty services.
Details: BronxCare Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Health Center Service Network consists of 9 primary care and dental practices. At its practice locations, primary and specialty services including medical, dental, pediatrics, OB/GYN, ophthalmology, optometry, allergy treatment, nephrology, podiatry, gastroenterology, and dermatology are provided. Health education and nutrition counseling are also offered.
Details: The MHHC School Based Health Center (SBHC) network has been in existence since 1982. This is a partnership with a variety of schools in the community to improve the well being of children and families by providing onsite access to healthcare.
