- Clinic Details: We exist to fill a gap in health care services, primarily for individuals and families at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. Unlike a free clinic, our charges for this population are based on a sliding fee scale that takes into consideration the number of persons in the family and their total income. We provide primary health care to anyone and accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare. Patients are not turned away, regardless of their ability to pay! Our staff treats the whole person, not just the presenting symptom or problem. As a Diversity patient, you will be an active member of your health care team. Patient education is important to us and is a vital part of the health care visit.

Comment from Rometta Wilson-Hill:This facility should be ashamed of themselves. They are suppose to help low income individuals get quality healthcare at affordability price based on income. They charge unreasonable prices and charge patients for simple things that should be included in the visit. The physicians do not take time with the patients, show no empathy, and show no respect towards the patients. They charge patients for medications provided free of charge through the pharmacological companies patient assistance programs.
The staff talk down to patients publicly. Someone please step in and close them down or get new management in place.
