At Cooperative Health, our teams have tremendous expertise in the delivery of a full-continuum of primary care services to include pediatrics, adult and family, obstetrics & gynecology, dental, podiatry, behavioral medicine, orthopedics, and in-house pharmacies. Our services are intended to nurture the health and well-being of our patients, families and communities served - all ages, all backgrounds, all abilities. Beware!!! This help for those in need is a huge scam!! I paid the 6 months fee for $170 had my appointment to later tell me they don't have time for a cleaning and I need to come back. I also had a chipped tooth I wanted removed but they suggested a $900 crown. I missed a whole day of work, no cleaning and the possibility of paying $900... Finally a month before my plan expires I set up an appointment for a cleaning and to possibly have my tooth removed. I paid the $25 and was told the priority is the tooth and it'll be an additional $15 if it's removed. I agreed and got an X-ray... Dr come in says he has bad news and tells me he'll have to remove the tooth. I said great take it.. He was shocked and then started to convince me to keep my tooth and get a crown... First it needed to be removed, now it can get a crown... He later said I'll have to go somewhere else to have it removed if I wanted it to and could get a crown with them which he recommends is best... I told them I'll have to think about it so I'll just get my cleaning... They said I'll have to come back for that... Another day I missed from work to come back!? I told them I didn't understand how that's considered to procedures if I got nothing done. I got an X-ray yes but the "second" procedure was to tell me they can't do anything with my tooth and handed me a referral! Again no cleaning! $200 just to hear them say, come back to reschedule a cleaning. This is the dental clinic in Ridgeway.
