Comment from Nana:

Excellent service at the Calexico Outpatient Center. Have had several X-rays done at this facility and are always very courteous. The front desk staff is also very professional and helpful in filling out the forms.

Highly recommend this facility.

Comment from Rosario Monotya:

I was schedule an appointment this morning at 10:00 and I get there by 15 minutes later, the front desk  lady told me that I was late, that she will call the nurse station and ask if I could be seen.

This lady said that’s rules of this place and will have to be rescheduling again.

My question is:

How many times I have been on time and I wait more than 15 minutes just for sign in? and they don’t write the time I get there the write the time they helping me, and they don’t said nothing.

How much time most or all patients wait more than 3 or 4 hours siting there just to see our doctor?

How many times I have seen another patients that came after me they go first?

Every time I go to the clinic I expect to be hours in there, and I don’t have complaint about it.

I’m very disappointment and very upset with this, and just I want to know, What are my rights like patient?

Rosario Montoya.
