El Dorado Community Health Centers (EDCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center 501(c)(3) dedicated to providing high quality health care to the community we serve. We are a patient-centered medical home that focuses on implementing best practices, while meeting and exceeding quality measures for patient care. Established in 2003, we remain focused on our mission of improving the health of our community through quality healing and preventive services. EDCHC offers essential primary, behavioral, and specialty health services to all those in need, because we believe everyone deserves the chance to lead a healthy, dignified, and happy life.
