Clinic Details:Since 2007, we have been providing free primary health care to low-income, uninsured residents of Pierce and St. Croix Counties in western Wisconsin. We have been able to do this only because of our almost 200 volunteers, as well as support from numerous foundations, local organizations, churches, and generous individuals. Details: The William T. Evjue Clinic provides care to people from throughout Dane County. A certified Patient Centered Medical Home, this clinic offers primary medical, behavioral health, pharmacy and other services. In addition, this clinic offers dental care that helps patient achieve lasting oral health through restorative services and regular check-ups.

Details: NorthLakes Community Clinic is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center that operates fourteen clinics in twelve communities throughout nine counties in the northern and eastern area of Wisconsin. We provide a variety of services based on the needs of the communities that we serve, including primary medical, dental, and behavioral health. All people are welcome to receive care regardless of their insurance status and ability to pay. For those that qualify we have a sliding fee scale that is based on income. We are deeply involved in our communities providing dental and behavioral health in schools, taking dental care to nursing homes, and working with WIC - Women, Infants, and Children. Since our opening in 2008 we aim to fill the gaps in healthcare and to fulfill our vision of healthy, prosperous, engaged communities where everyone thrives. As a Community Health Center and National Health Service Corporation we promise to: Serve all patients. Offer discounted fees for patients who qualify. Details: Rhinelander Dental Center provides general family dentistry and dental hygiene services. Rhinelander Dental Center opened on January 9, 2012, in its facility located at 2268 North Shore Drive, Rhinelander, Wisconsin. A collaboration that includes Family Health Center of Marshfield, Inc. and federal and state agencies, established the dental center in order to address the growing need for dental care in underserved areas.

Details: The N.E.W. Clinic at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College is a teaching clinic, serving uninsured, underinsured, Medicaid and Medical Assistance patients from the Northeast Wisconsin area, while enhancing the education of tomorrow's health care providers. Care is provided by licensed and certified health care professionals who may be assisted by NWTC Health Sciences students. Patients receive the highest-quality care, and students receive the highest-quality education. We use a sliding scale fee based on your ability to pay. Proof of income is needed.
Details: Riverview Center psychiatry and behavioral health has psychiatrists other mental health therapists and professionals to provide diagnostic evaluation and medication management for patients. The mental health therapists provide diagnostic assessment and ongoing "talk therapy."
