About this clinic

Georgia Mountains Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center and a FTCA deemed provider of medical, dental and behavioral health services. As a federally funded health center, our primary focus is on patient care. Founded in 1984, FQHC opened their Ellijay office in 2000 shortly after offering their dental services located in Blue Ridge GA in 2002. Chatsworth GA opened their doors in the year 2007. Dalton office opened in 2012 and the Dalton AIM office opened in 2013. Under Section 224 of the Public Health Service Act, as amended by the Federally Supported Health Centers Assistance Act of 1992 and 1995, Georgia Mountains Health Services, Inc. and its employees are deemed to be federal employees qualified for protection under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA).
