If you are a resident of Cullman County without any health insurance coverage, meet certain income requirements, and are between the ages of 19 and 65 you may be eligible to receive health care services through Good Samaritan Health Clinic.

Details: Built in 1997, the Quality of Life Health Complex is the corporate offices for Quality of Life as well as the largest of all the Quality of Life facilities. The 65,000 sq ft facilities includes a tremendous scope of care which includes: Primary healthcare services; dental; diagnostic services; laboratory; pharmacy and enabling services which together provide the backbone of patient care. Through the primary medical services, we provide obstetrics and gynecology; pediatrics; internal medicine and family medical services, including extended clinic hours. Franklin Primary Health Center is named after Dr. James Alexander Franklin, a physician, scholar, and humanitarian who faithfully served his community for over 60 years.
Details: Cahaba Medical Care is a community health center and a patient centered medical home located in Centreville, Alabama, that provides comprehensive primary care services including treatment and management of chronic and acute diseases; pediatric care; women’s health services; prenatal care and delivery services; dermatological services; sports medicine services; mental healthcare and more.
