Today, June 4, 2012 on Monday I had a bad experience with my Dentist at 1:25 PM this afternoon. I have a hard time walking with my left knee and right ankle. My appointment was for 1:15 this afternoon yet I did not know whether my appointment was for Lori DiLorenzo or with Ashraf Adam-Eldien. At 1:20 I had arrived at Dr. Lori DiLorenzo's office and checking my appointment did not exist until another time. I realized my appointment was with my dentist: Ashraf Adam-Eldien. Having been 10 minutes late for my dental appointment at 1:25 PM the receptionist told me the dentist was willing to take me in. At about 1:35 PM the nurse had taken X-rays of my rear bottom right tooth that bothered me. About one month ago I had my dentures realigned. Today I was suppose to bring my dentures home for my upper portions of my mouth. The dentist Ashraf Adam-Eldien inserted my dentures which had a striking pain to my upper gums at only one small point of my mouth. I asked the dentist to remove the dentures and I even pointed out where the sharp pain was coming from. She refused to take out my denture that was bothering me with that one sharp point against my upper right front gum. I pulled the denture out of my mouth and placed the denture on the tray. Dr. Ashraf left the room and for one half hour till 2:15 PM I waited for Dr. Ashraf to come back so I picked up my belongings and left and told the nurse that my denture causes too much pain and Dr. Ashraf refused to listen and had me waiting one half hour from 1:45 PM through 2:15 PM sitting in the dentist chair and I wasn't about to wait forever sitting in that chair just because of Dr. Ashrafs attitude leaving thee dental room and leaving me sitting in that chair for one half hour.
