About this clinic

NorthShore Health Centers is the top choice for quality, affordable healthcare in the Hammond, IN area. As a non-profit, we can provide care to the underinsured and uninsured patients who need it. We are happy to be able to provide our patients with high-quality obstetrics, pediatrics, gynecology and children’s dentistry among other services. Our location uses a sliding scale that is based on income for patients lacking medical insurance. NorthShore Health Centers makes it a priority to serve everyone, regardless of age, sex, race, religion or ability to pay. The Hammond Center offers both scheduled and walk-in services, and we provide extended hours to better serve our community. Each of our locations employs board certified and licensed practitioners, community in-reach and outreach workers. We strive to recognized as the health center with the highest level of quality and patient care in the community and to ultimately be ranked among to top community health centers in the country.
