Details: Services at schools keep your children in school and you at work or home, when students need support. Our services at schools help your children succeed in school and life by keeping them healthy and ready to learn. We can save you time when your teenager is not feel well, by not having to take him or her to the doctor’s office and back. We deliver quality medical and behavioral health counseling during the school day. We focus on keeping students healthy by promoting healthy lifestyles and identifying medical, behavioral or substance use issues early. This helps prevent more serious issues later on and helps student be prepared to learn, play sports and grow into great young adults. Services in schools make it easy for students to get care. Many parents work or do not have an easy way to get their student to and from the doctor’s or counselor’s office when they are at school. Services at schools solve this dilemma! Our services at schools are at Lewiston and Auburn’s middle and high schools.
Details: Since 1977 Belgrade Regional Health Center has been serving residents of all ages from Belgrade and the surrounding communities. At our health center, the top priority is the wellbeing of our patients while utilizing the most up-to-date knowledge and technology. Our staff includes a team of medical providers, behavioral health consultants, a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, as well as clinical and administrative support staff. With our team we are able to offer a variety of services based on the needs of our patients. If outside hospital services are needed, our providers have a strong relationship with MaineGeneral Medical Center. We also work closely with a supportive community board and a patient advisory committee who provide local feedback and ongoing recommendations for improvement. Located in Central Maine, Belgrade Regional Health Center is surrounded by spectacular views of the chain of lakes in the Belgrade Lakes Region. Doubling in population in the summer, Belgrade offers spectacular fishing, boating, hiking and birdwatching opportunities. We also are within an hour of Maine’s beautiful mountains and coastlines, giving our patients access to many recreational and scenic opportunities in all directions.
Details: The Pines Presque Isle Family Health Center is home to a dedicated team of providers. Located at 66 Spruce Street, the Pines Presque Isle Family Health Center offers primary care, behavioral health, case management, and prescription assistance services.
Details: WCDC is a non-profit organization that provides “safety net” dental services that may otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable to members of the central Maine community. For almost two decades, WCDC has successfully provided oral health care to more than 14,000 Maine residents including children in 11 Head Start centers.
Details: Community Dental Portland moved from its Brighton Avenue location to a new, state-of-the-art facility at 190 Park Avenue in October 2016, expanding from eight operatories to twelve, including a surgical suite. The Portland Center partners with Maine Medical Center and Headstart to provide dental services and a dental home to adults and children identified as needing dental services. We provide care for patients living in local group homes and participate in the Cumberland County Denture Project. The United Way of Greater Portland allocates funds to provide limited reduced fee care to adults and children.
Details: Located in a beautifully renovated historic mill, the Rumford Center opened in February 2008, bringing much needed affordable and accessible oral health care to the people of Oxford County. Patients and staff enjoy state-of-the-art facilities, including six operatories, digital radiography, and electronic patient records. Community Dental Rumford works closely with our community partners, Rumford Hospital, Tri-County Mental Health, and the River Valley Healthy Communities Coalition to provide patient-centered care and link people to needed health services on a timely basis. Community Dental partners with community school oral health programs and Headstart to provide a dental home for students who need services. Many local organizations contribute to a patient assistance fund for residents with dental emergencies.
