- Adult Medicine: Preventative health services, including cancer screening and health counseling; Chronic disease management, including management of diabetes, asthma, and hypertension; Acute care services
- Remarks: Urban Area, Permanent Clinic, Year-Round, Full-Time (open 55 hours per week)
- Operation Hours: Mon-Wed: 8:30am-8:00pm; Thurs: 8:30am-4:30pm; Fri: 9:30am-4:30pm; Sat: 9:00am-3:00pm
