Details: The Mile Square School Based Clinics are federally qualified school located health centers (FQHCs) managed in partnership with the University of Illinois Hospital and Health Sciences System’s Mile Square Health Centers. As FQHC's, our school health centers are committed to providing care to uninsured and under insured families. The Health and Wellness Centers are located in Chicago's public, charter and contract schools. All sites are staffed by University of Illinois Hospital and Health Sciences System health professionals who work collaboratively with school faculty and staff.
Details: Erie West Town Health Center is our largest health center and provides a wide variety of services for men, women and children — including adult primary care, women’s health care, behavioral care, pediatric care and prenatal care. You can come to our West Town health center for everything from free pregnancy tests and school physicals to hearing screenings and diabetes management. We even offer counseling services to help you deal with family problems or emotional issues.
Details: Caris is a nonprofit pregnancy counseling organization, meeting the needs of women during and after unplanned pregnancy. We offer professional counseling, Connection Groups, and resources to any woman during and after an unexpected pregnancy, regardless of her decision.

Details: For more than 25 years, ACCESS has been on the frontlines of community-based health care. ACCESS provides a continuum of care model that connects patients to health care resources both within and beyond the walls of our 35 federally-qualified health centers (FQHCs). ACCESS' services are designed to address the health of our underserved communities in such areas as preventive care, chronic disease management, and support services.
