Welcome to the Aurora Health & Outreach Center, offering medical care to children and adults experiencing homelessness. We work with respected partners like Hesed House, Wayside Cross Ministries and Northern Illinois University’s College of Law to make it easier for our patients to stay connected to all of the healthcare, financial and social services they need to care for themselves and their families.
