  • Clinic Details: Lincoln’s Health Care for the Homeless Clinic welcomes men, women, and children (over the age of 6 months) who are living in emergency shelters, transitional housing, domestic violence shelters, on the streets, in cars, in the woods, or doubled up in unstable housing. We will provide services for up to one year after the individual has obtained stable housing, and will assist with transition to another provider at that time if necessary.
