Clinic Details:Our Wilson community health center is located in the heart of the Uptown neighborhood. Through an agreement with the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) we are able to meet the community’s need for more accessible and affordable health services. At Wilson, we provide primary care and mental health services to patients whom are uninsured, underinsured, immigrants, and refugees. We’ve expanded our services at Wilson by recently adding a dental suite where we provide both preventive and treatment services.

Dental Services:Cleanings; Fluoride varnishes; Sealants; Fillings; Extractions; Cancer screenings; Periodontal therapy for gum disease; Crowns and root canals for infected pedodontic (baby) teeth
Pediatric Services:Well child exams; Immunizations (including flu and HPV); School and Sports Physicals; Vision screenings; Hearing screenings; Urgent care; Tuberculosis (TB) screening; Obesity management; Chronic disease management including asthma
Women's Health Services:Well woman gynecology visits including Pap smears pelvic exams; Pregnancy testing; Prenatal services during pregnancy; Deliveries; Family planning counseling; Birth control and emergency contraception; Confidential testing for STD

Since we opened our doors in 1975, CWHC’s programs have been shaped by our clients’ needs for accessible, high quality health care. Details: Sarah’s Circle provides a full continuum of services for women, including housing, life necessities, and supportive services, to help them permanently end their homelessness.
Details: Achieving optimal health when struggling with a mental illness is challenging. Finding housing, primary care or eating healthy foods – all key elements for a healthy life - frequently become insurmountable. HAH has provided mental health services for 30 years, focusing on those with a serious mental illness and the fewest resources. We believe that addressing mental illness is a prerequisite to improving health.
Details: Howard Brown Health exists to eliminate the disparities in healthcare experienced by lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people through research, education and the provision of services that promote health and wellness.
Details: For more than 1,500 teens and young adults, the Broadway Youth Center (BYC) of Howard Brown Health is a haven for LGBTQ youth and young people experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Here they seek refuge and community as well as medical, social and mental health care services, and so much more. All of our services are for youth, ages 12 to 24. BYC sees anyone, regardless of ability to pay.
