  • Clinic Details: Our Wilson community health center is located in the heart of the Uptown neighborhood. Through an agreement with the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) we are able to meet the community’s need for more accessible and affordable health services. At Wilson, we provide primary care and mental health services to patients whom are uninsured, underinsured, immigrants, and refugees. We’ve expanded our services at Wilson by recently adding a dental suite where we provide both preventive and treatment services.
