About this clinic

Each patient seen at our Homeless Outreach Clinic is provided a high standard of health care despite their financial resources being extremely limited. Individuals who are homeless and meet program eligibility are placed on our homeless program and care is provided for free. It's possible for us to serve this vulnerable population thanks to our many donors and partners. In addition to health care, the Outreach Clinic provides resources and additional assistance to our patients that are in need of further services. Our goal is to provide access to quality care offered with dignity and respect. The Outreach Clinic is located in the Salvation Army Building on Harrison Street near Downtown Davenport.
