About this clinic

In Jesus Name Medical Ministry (aka I.J.N.) is a non-profit organization which partners Christian doctors and local churches to provide FREE Medical Clinics to anyone in need of care who otherwise could not afford it. We have multiple doctors (from different disciplines), nurses and numerous support staff who volunteer their time to serve the medical needs of the community. We provide care through our monthly FREE Medical Clinics on the third Saturday of each month at varying host churches in the region. Since our beginning, we have helped nearly 4,000 people at over 140 of our FREE clinics.

Is this clinic actually free?

What should I bring to a first visit?
Usually a photo ID, something showing your address, proof of income or a self-declaration, your insurance or Medicaid card if you have one, and a written list of your current medications and doses. Call ahead — requirements vary, and arriving without the right paperwork is the most common reason a first visit gets rescheduled.
Do I need insurance, or immigration documents?
Federally funded health centers serve patients regardless of insurance status and do not require proof of citizenship to provide care. Volunteer and charitable clinics set their own rules. If it matters to you, ask before your visit what they require and what they record.
Is dental care included?
Usually not, and this is the single most common disappointment. Dental is frequently a separate program with its own eligibility, its own waiting list, and a narrower service list — extractions and urgent pain may be covered while fillings, crowns, root canals, and dentures are not. Confirm that dental is offered at this specific location before travelling.
Can I get a prescription refilled here?
Most clinics require an appointment before they will refill anything, and a first appointment can be weeks out. If you are close to running out of a medication you cannot safely stop, say so when you call — say the medication name and how many days you have left. Ask your pharmacy at the same time; pharmacists can sometimes authorise a short emergency supply.
What if I need care today?

For something urgent but not an emergency, an urgent care clinic or a hospital emergency department must evaluate you regardless of ability to pay.
