i first went to community north hospital, with a knee that needs surgery, because i dont have insurance, i was sent to the Jane Pauley health center, first my apointment was a week away from the day i called to make apointment, which feels like a lifetime to someone that cant use there right leg.. At any rate i went to this apointment where i was seen by a woman, that i only know as "Shelby", that told me they would scehdule an MRI, being this wa on a friday, i was worried that this would take a few days, mind you, Iam in the most pain ive ever felt in my life..they did write me some pain meds. an told me not to see any other doctor, nor go to the hospital, that i would have to sign a contract to not have meds from any other dr. ...fast forward to the followong monday, i called everyday this week, to be told that they were working on getting an MRI scheduled.. Thursday i call in desperasion, I had no MRI scheduled..an starting to run out of my meds... so i call the jane pauley center again, an again i was told they were working on it, an that they would let "shelby" know that i was running out of my meds... friday i call iam told shelby is there, an they would give her the message that ive called, an i still dont have an mri sceduled, an ill be out of meds over the weekend... i wait all day an dont hear from the Jane Pauley center.. so My 71 year old Grandmother drives me out to the jane pauley center, were i thought i was picking up my meds. so that i would make it until the mri was scheduled.. First I was treated as though I was some kind of a criminal... i was screamed at, by there receptionist then screamed at by a nurse, they not only told everyone in the office that was there, what i was taking but what my issuses were... both of these woman yelled so loud, while trying to over talk me, they were over talking each other...needless to say I was lied to , shelby was never in the office that day, an my atemps to call were ignored, an they let me leave with no apointment, to get the mri, nor any meds. .. this morning, i called where once again, was treated like iam in some third world country, an I had to call myself to community hospital an get the mri scheduled... I guess they think that because i dont have insurance it is ok to treat someone less than human...I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GO TO THIS "HEALTH CENTER"... IAm still in sever pain, an now have to wait another week to get into the so called Doctor... I have made several attemps to contact the Director John Fleming, with no luck!!~ HOW DOES ANYONE GET HELP, WITH A HEALTH CARE SYSTEM LIKE THIS??? FIVE THUMBS DOWN!!!

My son has been seen by 3 to 4 clinics in Indians, and they have always been able to set appointment at last minute. As long as I call for appointment that morning.
