About this clinic

Kaniksu Health Services is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center whose mission is to provide high quality comprehensive and affordable medical, pediatric, dental, behavioral health and veteran care. Our clinical and administrative teams work together to make Kaniksu Health Services the medical home for over 25,000 residents of Bonner and Boundary counties, with clinic locations in: Bonners Ferry, Ponderay, Priest River, Sandpoint Pediatrics, Sandpoint VA Clinic. Our goal is to help you and the people you love most stay healthy or return to good health. Since our first family health center opened in 2002, Kaniksu Health Services has provided our patients with timely, affordable and quality care; because to us, they are not just people in a waiting room. They are part of our family. Our services are open to everyone, including those facing barriers elsewhere, such as the uninsured, migrant and seasonal farmworkers, those living in rural areas, and the homeless. We accept most insurances including Medicaid and Medicare. A Sliding Discount Program is available for those meeting income guidelines.
