Details: La Clinica’s school-based health centers provide comprehensive, quality health care that is convenient for students and affordable for parents. We bring the doctor’s office into the school so students can be seen by a medical provider right when they need care and without missing school. Youth at participating schools are eligible for services regardless of income or insurance coverage and are seen on a drop-in, as-needed basis or by appointment.

Details: We are a safety-net clinic in North Bend / Coos Bay serving the people of Coos, Curry and Douglas counties on the Southern Oregon Coast. We accept patients with Medicare, Oregon Health Plan/Medicaid, Private Insurance and patients without health insurance. We have a sliding fee scale for patients without health insurance, which is based on family size and income. The Waterfall Community Health Center is a Patient Centered Medical Home. Waterfall Community Health Center is a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) deemed health center, whereby it has medical malpractice liability protection through the FTCA. Under this Act, Federally-Qualified Health Centers, like Waterfall Clinic, are considered Federal employees with the Federal government acting as their primary insurer.

Our Dental Clinic employs highly qualified, well-trained and compassionate dental providers including licensed dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants. At the West Salem Dental Clinic, you will receive great dental care delivered with compassion and respect. Medicare, Oregon Health Plan, and most commercial insurance plans are accepted. Income based discounts are available for our uninsured patients. Interpreters are available for all of our services.
