About this clinic

Since 2006, Great Beginnings has been the only medical facility in the Vallejo area providing comprehensive perinatal services to underserved women. As a Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP), we offer a variety of enhanced support services in addition to prenatal and postpartum medical care. The goal of this program is to promote healthy birth outcomes for mothers in Solano County by providing nutrition, health education and psychosocial assessments, behavioral health screenings and support services. These vital services for mothers and their unborn babies are the first step in enabling a child to lead a healthy and happy life. We are committed to provide a “great beginning” for families in our community. The compassionate staff at Great Beginnings are experts in women’s health care. We provide essential reproductive and sexual health services.
