Comment from Brian:Why is it, that I can't get this couple, who needs medical & dental care, to go to your clinic & get the help they need within the city they live? But, instead they think they need to go all the way up to San Bernardino to the WIC Clinic & get care. It's over 100 miles round trip & it wastes my whole day to bring them there, for which they pay me $15 for my time, gas etc. The wife is unable to work & is a veteran. The husband might be able to work? Two weeks ago, they were both involved in a car accident which was not their fault. They are unable to collect from the other driver's insurance company. They have no car now, live in a small RV. How can I convince them to go to your clinic & get the help they need? The VA sometimes helps, but is usually of no help.
