<p>Why is it, that I can't get this couple, who needs medical &amp; dental care, to go to your clinic &amp; get the help they need within the city they live? &nbsp;But, instead they think they need to go all the way up to San Bernardino to the WIC Clinic &amp; get care. &nbsp;It's over 100 miles round trip &amp; it wastes my whole day to bring them there, for which they pay me $15 for my time, gas etc. &nbsp;The wife is unable to work &amp; is a veteran. The husband might be able to work? &nbsp;Two weeks ago, they were both involved in a car accident which was not their fault. &nbsp;They are unable to collect from the other driver's insurance company. &nbsp;They have no car now, live in a small RV. &nbsp;How can I convince them to go to your clinic &amp; get the help they need? &nbsp;The VA sometimes helps, but is usually of no help.</p>
